Terms and Conditions of Sale

The following terms and conditions are the terms on which Gas-Elec Safety (UK) Ltd sells products  and  services  and  supersedes  all  other  terms  and  conditions  relating  to  the subject matter of these conditions.

This agreement sets out the Terms and Conditions between Gas-Elec Safety (UK) Ltd and our clients

1. Payment is due on completion  except for credit account customers where all invoices are due for payment 30 days after the date of the invoice.  ⃰ (card pre-authorisation required),
2. The value of the account should not exceed £1,000 without prior agreement.
3. Orders for work should not be placed unless funds are available to cover the cost of the work.
4. Prices  for  Inspections  are  set  out  in  the  Gas-Elec  Price  List  2018 (Available on request)
5. Prices for Inspections and Remedial Work are subject to change. Any change to the Schedule of Rates will be notified in writing.
6. If payment of the account is not settled within 60 days of the date of the invoice the balance of the account shall accrue interest at the rate of 4 per cent above Barclays Bank Plc base rate from the date payment became due.
7. Any queries relating to an invoice must be raised with Gas-Elec within 5 working days of the date of the invoice.
8. Any addition or variation of these Terms and Conditions will only be accepted if agreed and confirmed in writing.
9. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to form a contract between Gas-Elec Safety (UK) Ltd and our clients.
10. In the absence of specific GDPR Data Processing contracts, processing will be covered by the gas-elec Group Data Processor /Data Controller contract. CLICK HERE to download
